FINALLY! after being stuck at home for uncountable days, i could go out!! it's like WTF WTF WTF!! i can go out again?!?! had absolutely no one to go out with, and im fucking serious. where the fuck have all my friends gone to??


okay so yar, here was how the day went. was supposed to meet heng da and jiaying at city hall at 120pm. i was like wondering why 120?! why not 130? perhaps, 20mins past 1 has special significance to either heng da or jiaying. as senseless as it seemed, it has no particular significance to me! haha. but anyway, i arrived late at 130pm. AND i dint mean to arrive late, it was due to my poor time management. quite uncommon for me to arrive late btw.


my stomach was growling already. to my utmost horror, upon asking the both of them, they had eaten! that left me, who had not have my meal. hungry as i was, i could still suppress the hunger fortunately. so from our original plan, we proceeded to marina square. was considering between saw 2 and zathura (harry potter was out, as if we were to watch it, heng da would be watching it thrice. im not that mean). i was like kinda hoping to watch saw 2 more than zathura as i have caught the first instalment of saw previously, damn good movie i will say. BUT TOO BAD, THE MOVIE'S PAST MIDNIGHT! WTH!!! so we had to settle with zathura. anyone who had watched Jumanji will be able to seek solace with Zathura as it is uncannily similar to Jumanji. okay, it's supposed to be similar as the stories were supposedly spun out from the same author.


movie was at 2 but started 15 mins late.


well, i will say that it's only an average movie. more for a family movie than a movie date. OKAY OKAY, i know it's not a date!! but argh, how i yearn for a date... =( nevermind. i just wanted to meet up with a couple of friends before i leave for beijing. u know, things can be unpredictable. plane crash, bus accident? u dunno what's in store for you! life's freakin unpredictable. so maybe, i can see my good frens for the last time?? hahha. jk. I WILL COME BACK IN ONE PIECE.


back to the movie. i have been digressing. my mind's has been a mess lately. have been reading a book too: straight into darkness. it's a story set in 1920s, Munich (City in Germany if you do not know). wow, a darn cool book. although i have not finished reading but it's just very interesting. A supposedly crime thriller. lots of german used in the book itself. so i have learnt some German from a book! how useful. although i do not know how to pronounce them, sadly. OH CRAP. been digressing again. wasn't i saying that i was going back to the movie?!?! holy..


back back to the movie. the whole movie had only 5 characters. it's mainly a story revolving around 2 young brothers. they found the board game Zathura, which is like the game Jumanji and started their space adventure! (heng da was saying Zathura was more realistic compared to jumanji because the game pieces moved more realistically -_-) okay, yea i know the moral of the story is that among brothers, there should be the mutual 'love' and support for each other. yes i know, i have a brother. and he's such an ass. absolutely nth i can do to stop his cockiness and his act-coolness. perhaps, if i could play zathura, we'll be closer.


and if u have watched the movie, u would have noticed a bicycle floating around, always appearing at unearthly places. i supposed it's just an easter egg. but hey! perhaps, it has some significance, like the world biking day? sth like that? hahah. or maybe, George Bush loves to bike, thus the emphasis of a bicyle floating like phantom throughout the movie. i wont say it's an outstanding movie nor a poor movie. rather, it's a watchable movie, average la. hahah.


oh anyway, i still want to watch harry potter. was wondering if anyone wants to watch with me after i return from beijing. sighh. i guess not. no one wants to watch with me anyway.


oh and just to add something. i'll leaving for beijing on sunday night, cos my flight's at 120am. returning on the 6th dec at around 10+ pm. yup. if there's anything just msg me, i'll get back to u asap after i return from china!


for now, i'll just continue looking for that star in the sky.. sigh.

it's really amazing that i have once used to love holidays. now, times have since changed. holidays are such a drag. i hate staying at home. wtf. seeing other ppl able to enjoy themselves during the holidays makes me fucking jealous. there's no one i can blame though besides myself. i have so few friends and that's the root to the problem i think.

there's supposed to be a small outing to my house today. and it consists of jialing, clarice, kelly and edwyn. but edwyn backed out at the last minute due to his unwillingness to spend money and to go out. well, i thought otherwise. he must have reasons why he decided not to come along. poor edwyn. i know your plight dude.


i reached punctually, so i proceeded to take a rest at macdonald's. clarice called my like 15mins after that and to my surprise, everyone was there already! though edwyn was clearly not present. i thought he may be playing a prank! hahah. okay, that wasn't funny. the reason why we decide to meet at j8 was to have lunch together, but strangely enough, only me and kelly got takeaways from long john =s the sun was freaking hot. then we got home.


so to our movies! we watched initial D and the incredibles. well i have watched both movies already, but no harm watching again although i felt quite bored after some time, especially when we were watching the incredibles. and to watch incredibles was the idea mooted by clarice. hahah. oh, not to forget! kelly and clarice were both mad over jay chou! arghhhhh. i only find his songs nice, but hmmm, see him acting? interesting la, but i dun really have any other comments abt him =s jialing had strange expressions on her face when both of them got so mad over him. i was sorta like stoning throughout the movie. hahahha.


we all had dinner, and edwyn was invited! he did come. joked quite abit. and muahahaha. i knew what the 3 girls crapped online just now. poor edwyn.... too nice to bully..

today was a rather fun-filled day i will say. i wont say it was that fun, but hey, i did spend my time fruitfully (nope. i dint touch my hw if u thought i did. doing hw is not my depiction of a fun-filled activity). ha. okay first, this early evening at about 3 4+ pm, we were chatting online when edwyn suddenly suggested to go meet as he was bored, yawen echoed the idea. i found the idea rather absurd but followed along since i had a planned outing later tt evening. so, that was rather spontaneous of us.


the 3 of us agreed to meet at j8 (junction 8) for a drink. after a little discussion, we decided that mos burger was the best place for a beverage. i got myself a cold cup of coke, while edwyn got himself a full meal, yawen got a milk shake if im not wrong? argh, what am i doing describing what they drank?! okay nvm. we basically just spent our time talking about stuffs like erm, i cant really rmb. quite senseless stuffs la, nth really significant. haha. after our butts had warmed the seats, we realised that maybe, it's time to walk around j8 a little. so we did. i felt giddy suddenly, then i realised that i only had a packet of instant noodles for lunch. perhaps, that was why my vision was spinning. then i told them tt i had to get sth to eat, yea, then got myself a snack. felt better after that. soon after, we bade farewell to each other and i headed for the mrt station.


the train? heading for city hall..


was kinda early. so i went to sit at my usual spot at city hall, the staircase to the left of the station. just as i got my butt on the stair, i spotted jiaying from afar, scanning the horizon. so i got my butt off the stair and scared the hell out of her by just saying 'hey!' -_- hahah. waited for heng da to appear. he seemly thought tt the outing was cancelled though jiaying dint tell him that. so, he was late.


due to my thinning wallet, we had to suffice with a meal at pastamania, Suntec, after some discussions. i rmbed saying that i wouldnt want to have a meal at pastamania again as i was sick of it. but alas! i was too hungry to even care. jiaying and heng da ate rather slowly while i devoured my pasta in like a couple of minutes =s then we lagged there for quite some time, talking about stuffs. it's always nice to go for chat at night. the mood is lighter and less stressful. also, the weather's cooler, hence more conducive for a gd chat. Decided to go esplanade again. well, it's really a nice place to sit down to talk, although there wasn't any live band tonight. but we talked about many stuffs.


we observed many things around us. the moon was full today, and guess what? i think i saw mars! heng da saw many mars, which was so darn lame.. haha.


went home at 1045pm when we were chased away by a policeman. hahah. "time flies when u are in gd company", quoted from heng da. hahha, i agree. and it does not only apply to the outing tonight. well, i do hope we have more outings next time! but erm, hopefully earlier la. cos my mum always nag at me when i reach home late =s argh, darn irritating.


jialing, kelly and clarice are coming my home tmr to watch dvd! hahah. too bad edwyn cant come along, but he'll be joining us for lunch. yup! =)

i have been looking forward to this class outing since the previous week largely due to my boredom. although there were times when i wanted to back out due to the poor response. can u believe that only 7 ppl turned for a so-called class outing?! oh man. that's utterly pathetic. fortunately, there were a few guys to accompany me, though most of the time edwyn was the one beside me. karwai, face so black. and yeeshiang, hmmm... okay, ignore that. so, my main aim was to watch The Exorcism of Emily Rose. reading the reviews for this movie, i've come to think that the movie is going to be a gd catch. well, i wasnt disappointed! i'll come to that later.


but first, before we commence with the movie, we have to satisfy our hunger. so the girls, which include jialing, phylicia, clarice and kelly decided to go fish and co. always an expensive choice. ha. nvm, i had slightly more than enough money for the day! so, as per normal, i ordered fish and chips, obviously forgetting the previous time i where i ordered the same dish. they added some strange sauce that tasted, arghhhhhhh, absolutely awful!! i shd have ordered sth else. sigh, i guess it's another case of a gd waste of money =s at least we get to freeze our asses off in the restaurant! it was friggin cold, though i dint really show it. but dammit!! i felt like a penguin with its feathers shaved off..


then, kelly and clarice mysteriously disappeared. i guessed we walked a little too fast. anyway, we got our tickets for the 7pm show at Lido. and yeeshiang appeared from no where. lagged for quite some time before we managed to get our asses into the theatre. okay, yes, the cinema was large. the screen was obviously huge too!


and so, the movie goes on and on. i have to say it's a good movie. well worth the 7 bucks spent. i have learnt some stuffs from the movie. 3am is the devil's witching hour, which is so darn cool. i dunno. some ppl find it disturbing and frightening, but i just find it damn interesting. i cant rmb why it's 3am not 1am 2am or 4am. is it cos it looks like the devil's erm, fork? hahah. but yea, very insightful, and mind boggling movie. makes us think of certain things after we come out from the cinema. do demons really exist? is 3am in the morning really the time where all of us shd be afraid of instead of 12am? i dunno.


the exorcism itself was one of a kind. maybe it's cos i have nv watched movies with the exorcist. but it's unique, really. i wont say it's scary, as like the many reviews of the movie, it's more of a courtroom drama. hmmmmmmmm, then i thought in the bus? how about being a lawyer in the future? sounds real cool. but hahha, nope. i dun think i'll be able to qualify for law in the university. and i dun think i can articulate well too.


okay, that's beside the point. we bade farewell to one another and headed off for our homes. i look forward to the night where i'll wake up at 3am; a burnt smell; and the slamming of doors...

OH YEA! NJ060 is the first pw group in the class to finish OP!!!! =) im sure all the other grps will be so jealous of us now. muahahhahaha. okay, i shant brag about it. anyway, op was kinda flop la. i mean, i seriously could have done much much better if i weren't that nervous. what went wrong with me?!?! arghh. and my q&a was crap. total crap, so crap till the accessor laughed at my crap. im so utterly screwed la. but heck. whatever. it's over. had to stay in school till 1+ for audience duty. it has been a tiring day. but at the end of the day, yd tore up the pieces of documents. and it was nice to see everyone so hyped up on throwing the charts into the bin. hahah. i couldnt really care less about that la, was too disappointed with myself.


so my advice: do not be nervous!


we had a pw group outing after that. i shall say it's our first, and i believe, our last too. ha. peiying, unfortuntaly had to go see a doctor due to her bleeding nose. from what clarice and yupei said, her nose bleeds every wk =s hmmm.. that's a big loss of blood. okay. then at first, we were deciding on places to eat. marche/sakae/bk/food court etc.. and we finally, decided............ NOT TO EAT! haha. what an anticlimax. we then decided to watch a movie instead. i cant rmb who suggested the idea to catch a horror movie. but the only horror movie showing now is the korean 'cello'. ha. we then happily took a bus to ps.


well, i dun really have much to say about the movie. and nope, it's not scary. or shd i say, not so scary. hahah. it's the kind of movie which makes u want to guess who did it , what's gonna happen next. i was guessing and guessing, and of cos, i did guess them right! the twists at the end, however, made my previous prognostications seem stupid. i came out of the cinema feeling like a retard. ha. but i wont leak out the story since there maybe ppl who are intending to watch it. but i highly doubt so. i felt it was kinda interesting, but my other grp members obviously thought otherwise. then after the movie, we went home. i was dead beat, yawning many many times consecutively. was slping in an ugly position on the bus too. hahah.

so, this is the day. the final pw meeting. the past few mths of meetings, discussions, brainstormings have all come to an end. and just like before, the final meeting is held at my house. well, no sad feelings whatsoever - pw still sux. but the strange thing is that, nobody seems to care about pw ending. who will anyway. hahah. the best thing is that our group will be presenting the first tmr. so we can happily tell the others that the-most-dreaded-pw is finally over tmr!


hmmm, wat did we do today? we dint do much. chged some slides to fit their speech more or less. while i just stoned there, pondering over the possible questions that may be asked tmr. then had a re-run of our speech. but it really sux, i took like 3mins+ to finish my speech. it's partly due to me falling sick on the eve of the op exam. dammit.


seriously, i feel like a total sick ass. okay, not as bad as the previous time where i had difficulty breathing. but this time, im just blowing my nose and sneezing all the time. (i just sneezed!) oh dammit. it's really driving me crazy. hopefully i'll be better tmr. i dun wanna be sick tmr, then all my hard work will go to waste =s arghh, i'll just drink more water...
