yesterday we had helluva circuit training. so tiring after bookout, went out for dinner, then dived onto my bed shortly after reaching home.

yay. and i've breached the 60kg mark, which means that army does make people grow fat! regardless of the growing muscle mass, or the bulging tummy that made me heavier, i've to thank the army =s

3 more weeks before my trade course ends, and hopefully the days will get better. but apparently, from what i heard- it wont be the case. with exercises after exercise. okay, maybe i should pray for time to pass more quickly. fast forward to the days after the new zealand exercise... then life will definitely be slacker!

oh and august is almost here, a very important day is coming!

it's been a very stressful day on my bookout day today. i was appointed i/c for the battery, and as expected, i screwed up. it was also the day i shouted the most, i think i shouted the words "fall in" almost a hundred times. but yea, that's life as an i/c. like what people say, you can run but you can't hide.

nevertheless, i'm safe at home already. away from the regimentation, away from the dilapidated bunk, away from the constant terror from the commanders. i've got only myself to blame though.

my gunner course aint tough, mostly it's just sitting down waiting for something to happen. but in the course of waiting, we'll be perspiring in our long 4, dozing off. i cant wait for this course to end!

ohhh and what does bookout day mean? it means that i'll be free for 2 days! every bookout day is the same, but somehow, there's always this minute difference in every bookout. this time, it's good food waiting for me! yay. i'm gonna make my little girl fatter! jk. just thought you should let your hair down and have a feast after your last day of work. hehe =)

this week was rather slack. with many lessons in the aircon room. but next week won't be as easy, training schedule looks to me to be very packed, and with 2 night trainings. okay, artillery isn't as tough as the other combat vocations, primarily because it's only combat support. but crap, whenever i see alfred and co prancing around with their smart4, i feel so down. they get to study all day long in the aircon room, while most of the time, we'll be slugging it out under the sun. how i wish i could be like them.

anyway, yesterday i was kinda harrassed by 2 of my battery-mates (battery=platoon). then there was another guy came to irritated the hell out of me, scolded me with hokkien vulgarities (btw, he has a screwed up face). but i beared with it all, booking out was all that's important.

oh, and last sunday was our 6th month anniversary! half a year's gone already, but nothing has changed. maybe besides the fact that i'm free only in the weekends. one of life's many challenges is the ability to compromise and adapt to changes. nevertheless, i'm proud to say.. that it has been a great half a year!

xiuyi's my little angel =)
