Lights go out and I cant be saved
Tides that I tried to swim against
Have bought me down upon my knees
Oh I beg, I beg and plead

such wonderful lyrics.

anyway, movie today was rather interesting. it's so cool to be in the fashion industry, but lol, it's not really my cup of tea.

I can't comprehend the fact that i nearly fall asleep during a prelim exam! omg. this is getting no where, seriously. i was staring at that interesting comprehension passage, and i yawned. i stared at the first question, stumped, i decided to shut my mind off for perhaps a split second.

nooo. where is the examination stress that i yearn for? this aint exam stress, this is bullshit. argh. anyway, my essay's quite screwed too. privacy for nuts. my points aren't well balanced, neither was my language powerful enough to burst the marker's clothes open.

gp is screwed. no matter how hard i try to lie to myself, gp is just done for =(

did some work in school for a couple of hours before everyone died. had a game of bball which we lost. today's not my day really. tuition was worse.

gary chan gave us two choices: either he goes through superposition and would be the final lesson before prelims. the other would be an alternative lesson next week where he will go through the ac prelim paper, with today's lesson cancelled. so yea, our tuition was cancelled. we went all the way there only to find out that tuition's been cancelled. to make matters worse, it was pouring real heavily. we then decided to take a bus ride around singapore to kill time. LOL. jk. we took a long bus ride to bt batok, which was unusually long. but had a nice chat with them.

you know something. i wanna KILL SOMEONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. LOL. JK. damn.

today's a great day. went town with yawen, xiuyi and jiaying for lunch before heading back to school for maths lecture. lunch at cafe cartel was great! and the price for the set lunch was very affordable too, how to beat a 7.50 meal at a restaurant where you get to sit on cushy couches, not forgetting the free flow of bread! had a large slab of chicken drumstick marinated with honey sauce! omg. damn nice. are u jealous sihui? =)

anyway, i'm quite happy with my math stats results =) at least this time, hard work did pay off!

so after maths lecture, when to library to do some work. then joined sihui and co. to mug. had a nice dinner at the stretch of food shophouses. it was really damn funny, with anitha constantly being the butt of jokes. just thinking of the "oh god" words in ghandi accent give me hiccups. LOL.

damn, im feeling guilty for not raelly studying hard today..

When you were here before,
Couldn't look you in the eyes
You're just like an angel,
your skin makes me cry

You float like a feather
In a beautiful world
I wish I was special
You're so very' special

But I'm a creep,
I'm a weirdo
What the hell am I doin' here?
I don't belong here

why? why? why did i fall like, 1 minute into the bball game? gave myself a deep abrasion to my right elbow which looks hideously grotesque. arghh.

i have been sleeping less than usual these few days, and i guess that's making me feel really screwed up.

today, while in bus 980 en route home, i came upon a really heartwarming scene. there was this bangla worker, really tan. he wore a navy blue shirt that accentuates his skin colour. okay, that's beside the point. he gave up his seat to this lady so that her child could sit. but instead, the kid decided not to sit at that particular seat, and sat with her father beside me. the bangla ended up standing at the bay area, looking bewildered, yet at the same time, i know he felt his good deed had came to an unworthy waste.

so you see, we shouldn't discriminate banglas just because they do hard labour. they are the ones who give up their seats, and spare the thoughts for us, singaporeans.

so many examples of ugly singaporeans. was queueing up for the bus, and this man had to dash beside me and squeeze up the bus (when the bus' not even crowded). such unruly behaviour ought to be condemned. i hereby condeme this man for his mannerisms, and hail the banglas! lol. maybe just for the night =)

i think i'll be going blind soon. oh my god. my eyes really hurt so much, i guess i used too much of my eye drops today. i need a good sleep.

anyway. i really feel good today. i told myself to abstain from the computer for the day, and i managed to do just that. it's no mean feat okay? lol. at least i can proudly say, i only wasted 2/3 days of the national day holiday =s

you know one year's gone when u realise it's national day again. or rather, national day EVE. the interesting thing is that i can't recall how the school celebrated the nations birthday last year, but at least i can say, this year's was better than the previous. perhaps, the weather played a part in it too. nice weather. after school was the outing to catch the movie "Click".

lol yea, the comedy.

i have to say, i'm surprised that the all-out comedy that i expected had a rather melancholic end to it. though i can't really relate myself to the show, (the lead, adam sandler's an architect, while i'm a student) but i certainly do feel the sadness that michael faced. there were hilarious parts, not so funny parts, and then of course, the serious part, where the movie aimed to educate us on our priorities. though it's a little cliched, it's true that placing work over family will result in disastrous consequences. imagine losing a such a pretty and loving wife. oh my god. the final few moments of the movie was really sad. and remember that blue note at the end? really nice.

all in all. a movie worth catching. i heard some people saying that's it's not a really good movie, but i say, watch it with an open mind. if it's not for the lesson learnt, the lame jokes do make you laugh too. edwyn's the perfect example. he was laughing like a hyena in the theatre, so loud and grosteque, that i cringed. lol. JK, edwyn. hahaha.

a pity the theatre's small.

anyway, if not for the movie, today's outing would be darn boring.

you know what, i think the MOST important thing i should do now is....... to sleep. argh.

oh and happy national day to all! =)

frankly speaking, i was feeling rather light hearted while playing badminton just now, though the scoreline was like 20-10, with me being at the disadvantage. i kept my cool, smiled at my muscular canoeist opponent, and at the same time, enduring the pain in my shoulder joints. i certainly wasn't happy today. not forgetting that the hall was exceptionally noisy.

and that made my day worse.

oh, and there was this uber exciting mixed doubles match. a pity that yupei and heng da lost. they really deserved to win that match. their opponents were rather cocky, and i know that made many people's blood boil. "good always triumps oveevil" does not stand everytime, you see.

i really can't mug for nuts. sat down for one hour plus and i lost steam. what the **** is wrong with me. wttttttt.........

=s
