today was a rather fun-filled day i will say. i wont say it was that fun, but hey, i did spend my time fruitfully (nope. i dint touch my hw if u thought i did. doing hw is not my depiction of a fun-filled activity). ha. okay first, this early evening at about 3 4+ pm, we were chatting online when edwyn suddenly suggested to go meet as he was bored, yawen echoed the idea. i found the idea rather absurd but followed along since i had a planned outing later tt evening. so, that was rather spontaneous of us.
the 3 of us agreed to meet at j8 (junction 8) for a drink. after a little discussion, we decided that mos burger was the best place for a beverage. i got myself a cold cup of coke, while edwyn got himself a full meal, yawen got a milk shake if im not wrong? argh, what am i doing describing what they drank?! okay nvm. we basically just spent our time talking about stuffs like erm, i cant really rmb. quite senseless stuffs la, nth really significant. haha. after our butts had warmed the seats, we realised that maybe, it's time to walk around j8 a little. so we did. i felt giddy suddenly, then i realised that i only had a packet of instant noodles for lunch. perhaps, that was why my vision was spinning. then i told them tt i had to get sth to eat, yea, then got myself a snack. felt better after that. soon after, we bade farewell to each other and i headed for the mrt station.
the train? heading for city hall..
was kinda early. so i went to sit at my usual spot at city hall, the staircase to the left of the station. just as i got my butt on the stair, i spotted jiaying from afar, scanning the horizon. so i got my butt off the stair and scared the hell out of her by just saying 'hey!' -_- hahah. waited for heng da to appear. he seemly thought tt the outing was cancelled though jiaying dint tell him that. so, he was late.
due to my thinning wallet, we had to suffice with a meal at pastamania, Suntec, after some discussions. i rmbed saying that i wouldnt want to have a meal at pastamania again as i was sick of it. but alas! i was too hungry to even care. jiaying and heng da ate rather slowly while i devoured my pasta in like a couple of minutes =s then we lagged there for quite some time, talking about stuffs. it's always nice to go for chat at night. the mood is lighter and less stressful. also, the weather's cooler, hence more conducive for a gd chat. Decided to go esplanade again. well, it's really a nice place to sit down to talk, although there wasn't any live band tonight. but we talked about many stuffs.
we observed many things around us. the moon was full today, and guess what? i think i saw mars! heng da saw many mars, which was so darn lame.. haha.
went home at 1045pm when we were chased away by a policeman. hahah. "time flies when u are in gd company", quoted from heng da. hahha, i agree. and it does not only apply to the outing tonight. well, i do hope we have more outings next time! but erm, hopefully earlier la. cos my mum always nag at me when i reach home late =s argh, darn irritating.
jialing, kelly and clarice are coming my home tmr to watch dvd! hahah. too bad edwyn cant come along, but he'll be joining us for lunch. yup! =)
